Problems Logging In And A Notification That Says "Account Does Not Exist"

Dear Panelist,

We know that some of you are experiencing log in issues and we want to first deeply apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.

Some panels (the websites that you are taking surveys from like Shoppanel, for example) are currently experiencing technical issues relating to log in. Not everyone has been affected, but if you have experienced any of these problems, we are genuinely sorry.

Our technical team is investigating and working on fixing the issue as soon as possible.

Please be assured that so long as you didn't unsubscribe, your accounts are active and the points you have earned are complete. Also, you can still answer the surveys sent to you and upon project closure, all statuses are reviewed and updated by the project team; and, an accurate status will still reflect on your record.

We test all of our links to ensure they are working properly and to confirm, that you as a panelist will be able to complete the survey too. We also encourage you to answer at your earliest opportunity to increase the potential to enter the survey before it closes.

We will issue more information as soon as we can.
